Walker's promotional competition flavour from a few years back.... Builder's breakfast - absolutely the worst crisps I have ever had, by some distance.

Smelled and tasted like farts.

A bit like Bulmer's cider. They couldn't give it away previously.

Re: The World's Worst Crisps
Even though they are made not far from me out here in Herefordshire, Tyrrell's crisps are way over-rated. Got to admire their marketing though - seen them on sale in Europe and the U.S.

Any bag of scampi crisps smells a bit like something else you can put your fingers in, which is a lot more fun.

Were not we're. I work in the flavour industry but have very little to do with Pringles

Re: The World's Worst Crisps
Nerd.

That and those cinnamon things were a joke. Pringles went through a phase of this and we're doing flavours like black currant or green tea flavour. A lot of them got close to launch before someone finally put their foot down and said, these taste like shit and killed the projects.

It was the novelty factor only that got them into supermarkets.

Pringles mint choc ,i have never see a crisp spat out so much and tube last so long ,disgusting . Loved to have been in the meeting when this poorly conceived idea got the go ahead .

Not really to do with crisps, but many years ago I was travelling through France on a mega low budget. I bought what I thought was a can of tuna and remember thinking that it tasted a bit strange. I decided to look again at the label and only then noticed the picture of a cat licking its lips...
